Have you ever wanted to notify a downstream system when a contact opts out of texts in Hatch? Or create new contacts from Hatch in your CRM without using Zapier?
Well, we are excited to share that with our new webhooks feature, now you can!
Hatch has always been great at receiving information in from your other applications, but sending information out has been a little harder. But our new webhooks feature makes this easy, allowing you to customize and simplify your integrations. Read on to learn more.
Think of a webhook as a real-time trigger. The other way is through webhooks, which pass the event information on as it occurs—in real time.
Hatch has always offered webhooks, but it has been through Zapier. This new webhooks feature is a part of Hatch, which means you can achieve platform to platform communication without having to create Zaps, which means one less tool, one less thing to manage, and one less cost.

As we continue to move forward, our focus remains on making Hatch more customizable and efficient for you. Webhooks is a significant step in that direction. The more easily you can connect your systems, the less complex things have to be and the more productive you can be. And this is just the beginning! Expect even more webhook capabilities to roll out in the future. Thank you for being part of our journey of continual improvement.
