- Second Chance Leads w/Summarization: Automatically flags unbooked calls so you can re-engage those leads later.
- Risky Driver Detection and Alerts: To keep your drivers safe and in check
- Technician Assignment Automation with Job Value Predictor: Automated and optimized dispatching based on job value predictions and technician performance.

- Improvements to the project management tools.
- Online booking integration in Google.
- New accounting workflows.
- More user-friendly way to handle feature configuration.

- New functionality in commercial service agreements that focuses on profitability.
