New in Hatch: ServiceTitan Abandoned Calls

The Hatch and ServiceTitan integration is a powerful one, and we're excited to share that we've added yet another data point that syncs between the two platforms: call status!

How it works

Now, all your inbound calls in ServiceTitan will sync into Hatch so that you can target contacts with outreach campaigns based on call status. All call statuses will sync over from ServiceTitan:

  • Abandoned
  • Unbooked
  • Excused
  • Booked
  • Not lead
  • and so on

For many of our customers, the abandoned call status is the most exciting, because now you can reach back out immediately to leads and customers whose call you missed. And with your AI standing by ready to handle their response, you can ensure that you are engaging with them when their intent is highest.
