Overview
You may want to change or associate your Hatch account with your mobile number for two reasons.
- Unread message notifications
- Resetting your password via sms
Associating your Hatch account with your mobile number is easy!
1. Log in to your Hatch account and navigate to your Profile Settings.
2. On the General tab, click Update User Profile.
3. Enter your mobile number in the Phone number field and click Save.
4. If successful, you should see the message “Successfully updated profile”.
Reminder: If you've added your number to receive text notifications for unread messages, be sure to select the workspaces you'd like to receive them for.
