Integration Basics
What does the integration do?
Pull Contacts: Every 15 minutes, Hatch will sync with JobProgress to retrieve recently modified customers, jobs, and appointments to create a Hatch contact & opportunity.
Push Communications: Anytime a communication such as a call, text, or email takes place within Hatch, we’ll send that information back to JobProgress's Job Notes automatically.
What information does the integration pull into Hatch?
The integration will pull in any contact details such as Name, Phone Number, and Email from the Customer Record. Additionally, the integration will pull in details from the Jobs, and Appointments to create the Hatch opportunity details.
Where do Hatch communications show in JobProgress?
When communications are sent back to JobProgress, they will show up in Job Notes.

Setting Up the Integration
- To connect your JobProgress account with your existing Hatch account, in JobProgress go to the Settings > Developers > Generate Token and click create a new token for Hatch.
- Copy your token and head to the Hatch App Marketplace. Filter for CRMs and you will find the JobProgress integration.
- Proceed through the configuration steps, at which point you will need to provide the token generated from your JobProgress account.
Note: JobProgress tokens have a 1 year expiration period.
Creating Audiences to Add to Campaigns
After getting a CRM integration set up, the next step is to start working on creating custom audiences with your data, and then adding those contacts to campaigns.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will Hatch change contact’s statuses in JobProgress?
Hatch does not not update any status in JobProgress through the integration. However, if you change the status in JobProgress, Hatch will update that contact’s information next time it syncs.
How often is does the CRM sync?
Hatch syncs with JobProgress every 15 minutes.
What information is pushed back to JobProgress?
The only thing pushed back to JobProgress is the communications that occurred in Hatch. This can include texts, emails, or calls. These will populate in JobProgress under the Job Notes.
Does this integration pull in sold information?
Yes, in order to run Sold Reports on this integration, our team will need to know the fields in JobProgress that reflect the Sold Status and Sold Date. These fields need to be present on the Job object in order to power the report.
