When adjusting workspaces, it is important to remember that each section of the Workspace is interconnected.
While users may spend most time on the Board responding to messages, Campaigns and Contacts allow you to target contacts and send them messages.
Depending on what you are trying to adjust for your workspace, you may need to go to Account Settings or Workspace Settings.
The following can be adjusted from Account Settings:
Note: To adjust Workspaces, you must have Manager Permissions within Hatch.
- Add a New Workspace
- Deactivate Workspace
- Edit Workspace
- Add or Remove a User from Workspace
- Edit User
- Adjust User Permissions
The following can also be adjusted from Workspace Settings:
- Workspace Name
- Workspace Initials
- Workspace Call Forwarding Number
- Workspace Email Address
- Workspace Voicemail Greeting
- Workspace Timezone
