Costumers expect a quick response time when texting.
If you find yourself away from your desk or struggling to respond to communications in a timely manner, try turning on text and email notifications.
Hatch will send you a text and or email to remind you to hop back into Hatch and respond to your customers.
How to Turn On
If you are signed into Hatch and want to enable notifications, follow these steps.
- Navigate to your Profile Settings in Hatch.
Click on your profile icon to access Profile Settings.
- Under Notifications, you will see the option to turn notifications on or off. Subscribe to the boards you would like to receive notifications for.
- If the Text checkmarks are enabled, make sure to add a cell number to your Profile.
- When your boards receive a notification, you will receive an email and/or text, reminding you to hop back into Hatch!
