WinGen Integration

In this article, we’ll cover the basics of our integration with WinGen including what it does, how to set it up, and frequently asked questions.

Integration Overview

WinGen is an app that features the ability to easily capture and manage leads from retail store partners including Costco, Home Depot, and Lowes. Integrate your WinGen leads with Hatch to launch leads into a Speed to Lead campaign coupled with Hatch AI to do the heavy lifting in managing and nurturing leads through the customer journey.

Setup Instructions

The WinGen integration is easy to activate, all you need is Hatch Manager permissions.

  1. Visit the Hatch Integrations panel, it will bring you to the Hatch App Marketplace
  2. Click "configure" on the WinGen app.
  3. After clicking "Start Setup", an email will be sent to the WinGen team to enable the lead feed to Hatch. This email will contain the information to locate your account(s) and the necessary API Key.
  4. Additionally, a default WinGen campaign, audience, and workflow will be created to help you get started. Make sure to enable that workflow if you're ready to start launching leads!
  5. The WinGen app will record if/when a lead is received to confirm activation of the integration. If a lead has not been received within 24 hours, you can generate a follow-up request to WinGen right from the app marketplace.

Optional Setup

If you're receiving leads for multiple project types, brands, or locations, it may be a good idea to target your Hatch campaign(s) towards any of these datapoints or reference them in your messaging. You can expect the following information to come through from WinGen (in addition to the bare minimum contact information):

  • Brand
  • Trade
  • Territory
  • Store
  • Retailer Id
  • Appointment Type
  • Address
  • Zip Code
