Feature #1: Marketing blasts
- We are lifting the limit on the number of contacts you can launch into a scheduled campaign at one time (150 contacts).
- For example, let’s say you want to:
- Offer a 10% discount to all leads quoted 6-24 months ago.
- Send out a relevant offer to all contacts in a particular area.
- Re-engage all of your existing customers with a holiday special.
- For large lists, there may be some staggering but it will still be in the same campaign, same day.
Feature #2: CDP integration
- This allows you to do the audience creation and campaign launch in your CDP, while using Hatch to receive and organize those responses and assign an AI bot to handle them.
- As a result, you get the value of Hatch without having to reproduce steps one and two in Hatch.
- You do not have to have a CDP to be a beta tester.
FAQs
Do I have to have a CDP to sign up?
Nope! You can test marketing blasts only, without a CDP. But if you want to test out both, you can.
What CDPs do you integrate with?
Right now we're testing out integration with Blueshift, but we're open to other CDPs.
Do I have to be using AI?
You do not have to be using Hatch AI to test out this new feature. While the AI can help manage responses at scale, it's not required.
