If you want to turn conversations into revenue, you need to get your leads and customers to respond in the first place. There are three keys to getting a response: Reaching out across multiple channels, reaching out over the course of several days, and saying the right thing. This is why Hatch exists. It automates this kind of outreach.
But that still begs the questions:
And this is why we have a Campaign Template Library in Hatch. These are not merely placeholder templates. They contain recommended message campaigns—duration, frequency, channel, and verbiage—for specific use cases, based on best practices and Hatch performance data, to help you maximize response rates, reduce opt-out rates, and reduce spam rates.
We make tweaks and additions to the template library here and there, but with so many new integrations and features, it was time for a significant expansion.
So we present to you, the new and improved Hatch Campaign Template Library, featuring:
Let's dive into each of these.
Here's what's new with Hatch campaign templates.
With enhancements like Hatch AI and our ServiceTitan integration, we’ve added a whole new category of templates, called Recurring Services and Memberships. These include:
We’ve also added two new templates to existing categories:
We explain the above two changes in the next two points.
Previously, the “Rehash - Sales Manager” campaign template, the “Rehash - Inside Sales Rep” campaign template, and the “Rehash - Feedback Approach” campaign template were all very similar. We also know that not everyone uses the term “rehash,” and that even if you do, your definition for it varies. So we consolidated all three of those templates into one campaign template called “Appointment Follow-Up - Feedback Approach.” We then added a new sales follow-up template called “Estimate Follow-Up.”
Whereas the “Appointment Follow-Up - Feedback Approach” campaign template takes the approach of seeing how the estimate appointment went, the “Estimate Follow-Up” template directly asks the customer if they have any questions on the quote/estimate provided.
Previously, we had only one “Nurture - Dead” campaign template, and it was for dead leads who never responded to your estimate. However, many of you have campaigns for dead leads who expressed interest, but who never booked an appointment in the first palace. So we added a “Nurture - Dead - Never Booked Appointment” campaign template.
We also renamed “Nurture - Cancels” to “Nurture - Canceled Appointments” and renamed “Nurture - Upsell” to “Nurture - Previous Customers” for added clarification.
And finally, we’ve made two improvements to the template experience.
First, you’ll now see helpful explanations for the objective of each template category and purpose of each specific template.
Second, we’ve created a page where these templates are available in a single view. This is useful for

We’ve also created a Knowledge Base page on campaign templates which we will keep up to date.
